I was in the military, full time, but I was thinking about my future and career beyond that.

I wanted to set myself up for success.

Going to Granite State College [now UNH College of Professional Studies] really fit my schedule; I even took classes while I was deployed overseas.

The faculty were always there for me helping me build on my strengths and improve on my weaknesses.

It was learning on my time.
